The Research For The Statistical Quality Control Based On The EIV Model

This paper is the research of practical applications based on EIV model. EIV model is the name of one kind of statistical model that there are errors in variables. The datas in quality control almost have the observed errors, which can fit the data environment quietly, so this paper attemps to use the EIV model in quality control. Firstly, the paper introduces and concludes estimate of parameters and their large sample statistical properties of two kinds of multivariate linear EIV model. Then, the research for the method of multivariate quality control based on EIV model is studies and the method is illuminated and validated by three practical quality cases. Thirdly, because the EIV model can eliminate multi-collinearity, this paper studies the method of quality modeling based on EIV model, which is analyzed and compared with other methods through statistical simulation experiment and practical case. Then, this paper studies the quality prediction model base on EIV model, which is also campared and validated through statistical simulation experiment and practical case. Lastly, the research foreground of EIV model and its applications foreground in economics and management are expected.
