Study Of Industrial Cluster Process Of Xi'An Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone

Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone is an effective mode and significant carrier of developing high and new technology industry through the way of industrial combination which used by many countries,especially developed nations.From reform and opening-up,China has been utilized this mode to build 53 state-level development zones and gained preliminary accomplishments in its opening level and economic capability.However,in domestic development zones,the industrial cluster process fell behind obviously.Industries in many industrial parks assembled but not conglomeration,which has a strong impact on the rapid growth of development zones.This paper mainly focused on a case study of Xi'an High and New Technology Industrial Development Zone,summed up the industrial cluster theories,analyzed the relationship between industrial cluster and the growth of development zones,discoursed that industrial cluster is an effective mode to promote the growth of development-zone combine with the practical situation of Chinese development zones and finally put forward that development zones should follow the industrial cluster way.The paper first explored the current industrial cluster development situation of Xi'an High and New Technology Industrial Development Zone.Through analyzing,the author believed that the industrial cluster process of Xi'an hi-tech Industrial Development Zone has some necessary vantages while some disadvantages still exist at the same time.With regard to the quantitative analysis of input-output ratio,Xi'an Industrial Development Zone ranked 15^thplace compared to other 52 zones nationwide.Although it has good ratings,but because of the low level of development of Chinese industrial cluster,lots of problems still exist.From this ground,the paper did studies in the development of Chinese industrial cluster in general sense,made investigations in region and industrial park aspect separately in order to find out how factors affecting industrial cluster process of development zones.The author also discussed ways to develop the industrial cluster process of development zones from macroscopic and microcosmic angle.This paper adopted questionnaire method and did major investigation on how various factors affecting industrial cluster process of Xi'an hi-tech Development Zone.After summarizing and analyzing,the author summed up there are seven major elements affecting industrial cluster process of Xi'an hi-tech Industrial Development Zone.In conclusion,this paper put forward several schemes to expedite the developing of industrial cluster process of Xi'an hi-tech Industrial Development Zone.The paper considered that there are four ways to expedite the developing of industrial cluster process of Xi'an Development Zone.They are:promote the connection of industrial chain between enterprises, construct innovative environment in areas,make enterprises take deeper roots and establish innovative cluster culture.
