The Combined Forecasting Model Of Construction Land At Minqing County

Two rounds of general land-use planning have been held, which formed the general planning system that covers the territory. The previous two rounds of general land-use planning have played the prodigious role in the land-use and land management, since it was put into effect. However, there are still many problems in the implementary process. The new round of revision of land-use general planning is being carried on, in order to provide the foundation to make the Land-use Overall Planning scientifically.According to the basic theory of construction land demand forecasting, three forecasting models and one combined forecasting model are proposed in this paper.The BP neural network model and GM(1,1) model are introduced, and the checkout and amending method of Multiple-liner regression forecasting are studied. Three models are brought forward from different aspects to forecast the demand of construction lands respectively. So a combined forecasting model is introduced.As an example, the Construction Land requirement of Minqing County is studied from different aspects. It is shown that the precision of combined forecasting is the best. The combined forecasting is close to practical case due to consedering various facters.
