Construction land demand forecast is land use planning in the main section. Our implementation of land use planning from the start, it played a very importantand reasonable macroeconomic regulation of land use and management of land. Atthe same time the implementation and application of the century also exposed someshortcomings, the most important is the construction land demand forecasting andpredictive value does not match the actual socio-economic development. In order toreasonably predict the next round of construction land in land use planning, forecasting must use appropriate methods to improve prediction level of predictionmethods for the study area to identify through research and exploration. In this paper, Changji City, land use planning and related materials in the fieldsurvey, combined with land use status Changji City and the impact of various factorsand circumstances of construction land demand, the use of Changji City from2000to201212years all relevant data, such as social and economic development anddemographic statistics and the timing of construction land, and learn researchmethods related to domestic and international high prediction accuracy summed threeforecasting methods. Departure from current land use regression model established inChangji City construction land, G (1,1) gray model and BP neural network model, based on the characteristics of each study method to predict the construction area, and the use of2000-2012was a various socio-economic indicators to predict futuredemand for construction land for11years with the error, the last of these threemodels were analyzed, presented the advantages and disadvantages of each model, concluded that average demand for the construction of the camp for the next round ofChangji City land use planning to provide more reliable predictive value and providedecision-making revision work.
