Study On The Construction Of Public Utilities After "Dismantling Villages And Setting Up Urban Communities" Of The Primary DaWan Country Of Urumqi City

"Dismantling Villages and Setting up Urban Communities"is a common measure that many cities take to promote urbanization. The construction of public utilities after"Dismantling Villages and Setting up Urban Communities"is a key condition of substantial urbanization, for it not only relate to the promotion of people's living standard and the improvement of city's appearance but also concerned with the development of urbanization and the building of harmonious society. Basing on the concern about people's living problem and the interest to the construction of public utilities after"Dismantling Villages and Setting up Urban Communities", I went to the primary DaWan country of Urumqi to survey its public utilities such as infrastructure, sanitation, medical care, education, culture, housing and public order. This thesis describes the current condition and problems and then analyzes the reasons from the angle of government, community and inhabitant. At the last of the this thesis I propose some suggestions in order to promote the improvement of public utilities after"Dismantling Villages and Setting up Urban Communities"in Urumqi and offer a reference to the same work of other cities and make efforts to promote our urbanization and construction of harmonious society.
