| The county economy is a regional economy which has regional characteristic and self-contained function, its main body is the traditional agricultural economy and the unenlightened rural economy. County acts as a significant component in the whole nation economy and makes substantial contribution to the development of nation economy. The rapid development of county economy is the key to eliminate dualistic configuration between town and village and to solve problem of"agriculture, farmer, and county"and to realize industrialization, moderation of our nation. As a important part of economy in xinjiang, the development level of county economy is collected to the prosperity and stabilization of whole province. In recent years, the total quantity and competitiveness of county economy in xinjiang is on the increase. However, in general, most of county economy in xinjiang are traditional farming or stocking-raising period, developing slowly and existing a large distance compared with developed region. Therefore, how to develop county economy and to accelerate the modernization of the xinjiang economy is an urgent and serious problem.. The study on the xinjiang county economy is very important for searching the way to develop the county economy.The paper use regional economics, industry economy and other related theories. The methods that the paper adopt to argue are demonstration combined with standard analysis, quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis, and the integration of theory with practice.
