Research On Industrial Competitiveness Of County Economy

County economy as the basic unit of the regional economy, it is the strength of the rise and fall of the economy has a vital role. At present, China's county-level administrative divisions of mainland totaled 2853, its share of the land area, population and GDP of view, China's economy has a very important role. How sound and rapid development of China's county economy is to achieve sustainable economic development an important prerequisite, in particular in the current accelerating urbanization. The core competitiveness of the county economy in its industrial competitiveness, the county's economic development is inseparable from the industry is a pillar industry in particular supporting role. Diamond theoretical system considered four major factors affecting industrial competitiveness:demand conditions, performance of related industries and support industries, corporation strategy, structure and competition, industrial competitiveness level status directly reflects the level of development of county economy. In order to study the situation and problems of County Economic Competitiveness more effectively, this paper choose freshwater aquaculture of Changde City Anxiang country as an example. Anxiang is a famous freshwater county, freshwater aquaculture has become a focal point of the fundamental driving force of economic development in the county, Anxiang has won the "National Fisheries advanced county" title. Existing water aquaculture covers 17 acres,10 acres of water-intensive; total annual fish at 40,000 tons, ranking fourth in the province; products sold throughout the country.Based on the theory of the county economy and the competitiveness of the county Economic, according to Porter's diamond model, the paper analyzes the key elements affecting the County Economic Competitiveness and then establish a set of evaluation index system. Taking the freshwater aquaculture of Hunan Anxiang as an example, Through factor analysis, conducting a specific empirical analysis on its 2009-2013 competitiveness. The results show that during 2009-2013, Anxiang aquaculture presents a overall upward trend, but in 2012, owing to natural disasters, rising costs of production and other reasons, there has been a temporary decline, thanks to the timely introduction of effective measures, and in 2013 it began to rise. It can reflect problems in enhancing industrial competitiveness of county economy, from the change process of Anxiang competitiveness of freshwater aquaculture, finally this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
