Difference Analysis For Human Capital Investment Of The Urban And Rural Residents In Xinjiang Province

Human capital investment has been continuously a key question people study, as the knowledge economy arriving, the human capital investment has become the most important way promoting economic development. In the former research, people always pay more attention to the human capital investment of the government, a few scholars learn deep into the microcosmic human capital investment of the residents, and even not to say the specific research on the human capital investment of urban and rural residents in Xinjiang province. At present, the human capital invested by the residents and individuals has surpassed 50% that all the investors invested. Therefore, it is essential for us to study the human capital investment from the microcosmic aspect.This thesis mainly uses the human capital theory and selects the statistic data of the individual expenditure on entertainment & education and medical care to analyze the current situation and affecting factors. The thesis puts forward suggestions on low human capital investment and the sharp difference between the urban and rural residents'investment, hoping give some help to the followers.
