As the representative of retail chain enterprise, now SN company is in the critical period of overall development and expansion. The effect of HR in the company is becoming more important. Compensation system is core content of HR management system. Reasonable and scientific compensation system and maintaining the talents that enterprise need are equal important to enterprise's further development strategy and fulfill the aim of enterprise operation strategy.This article firstly expatiate related definition of salary theory and eight common salary systems. It is make a theory basement of SN company compensation system. Secondly, expatiate and analyze the enterprise general situation, organize construction and HR system. Thirdly, confirm the salary system procedure design and its principle. Establish unique company salary system according to company's operation strategy and the character of development period. Finally, Then it makes the post appraisal by utilizing the AHP- fuzzy synthesis appraisal model in the post analysis foundation, it designs suited salary plan for different personnel of SN company.This article also combined theory and practice. the study conclude has some target to SN company, it has practical value in practice of enterprise pay management and can be used for reference by similar enterprises.
