The Selection Of Independent Innovation Model Of Large And Medium-Sacle Enterprises In Xinjiang

Innovation has become a great driving force during business development and growth, economic prosperity, and the social progress today when economic globalization and technology which demonstrate its prominent role. The decision of independent innovation is a key factor in the long-term sustainability development of the regional economy,and is an important factor affecting economic growth in the region and in competitiveness, so it has become a concern focus.how to choose an appropriate enterprises independent innovation in the region and to enhance the capability of independent innovation enterprises.In this paper, on the basis of relevant we recalled both at home and abroad, we analysis of the basic meaning of self-innovation and the definition of the characteristics on the evaluation of large and medium-sized enterprises in Xinjiang in 2008 and the status of technological innovation briefly, and finally. Finally, we make datas of 29 provinces and autonomous regions and medium-sized enterprises in China,in 2008, and scientific and technological six years activities from 2003 to 2008, what's more, use medium-sized enterprises activity data in scientific and technological innovation in Xinjiang in 2008 for the samples. Use gray Analysis methods and GM (1, n) Dynamic coordination model, make use of DPS software to analysis the impact of independent innovation factors of large and medium-sized enterprise of 31 provinces in China in 2008, and focusing on independent innovation of enterprises in Xinjiang.Empirical results show that: the rank of technological innovation of large and medium-Sacle enterprises in Xinjiang and in the national is very lowt, not the capability of independent innovation, and there is a big gap with the developed areas, analysis of the impact factors of independent innovation of science the sequencing of the factors in Xinjiang over the past six years, and constraints to find the the major constraints impact of large and medium-sized enterprises in our region of on innovation for our businesses to our region and provided a good basis choice of independent innovation model.In the basis of empirical research, this article analyzes the impact of large and medium-sized enterprises in Xinjiang,and provide their own choices based on innovative models and improve the capability of independent innovation of enterprises countermeasures. Finally, the paper carries on a forecast to the following research.
