Large scale industrial enterprises are an important part of China's national economic development.To a certain extent,its development level plays an important leading role in the overall development of China's industrial enterprises.Technological innovation is the original motive force for the enterprise to renew the product and improve the competitiveness of the product and the market,and the efficiency of technological innovation is the main measure of innovation of science and technology innovation output ability,so promoting the innovation efficiency of technological innovation is a pressing matter of the moment development of large enterprises in China industry.Scholars at home and abroad for technical innovation internal mechanism and technological innovation efficiency evaluation methods have been studied,but the panel data of large industrial enterprises in China as the research sample for the evaluation of the efficiency of technological innovation is rarely studied,Therefore,on the basis of fully reading the existing literature at home and abroad,this paper takes the evaluation of technological innovation efficiency as a full text entry point.,and makes "analysis of development status? index system screening? evaluation model construction? countermeasures and suggestions" as the research vein to carry on the empirical study to the large industrial enterprises of our country.This paper defines the connotation of China's large industrial enterprises,technological innovation and technological innovation efficiency.From the two perspectives of input and output,it analyzes the technological innovation status of large industrial enterprises in different time and space,and based on the analysis results,the problems in the input and output of technological innovation in China's large industrial enterprises are found;Constructs the evaluation index system of large industrial enterprises technological innovation efficiency of China's primary,identifies the key indexes by the method with group eigenvalu,selects the technology innovation efficiency evaluation index system of large industrial enterprises in China,and constructs a network DEA model for the evaluation of technological innovation efficiency.;Introduces the network DEA evaluation method based on the SBM model,makes a comprehensive estimation of the technological innovation efficiency of large industrial enterprises in different regions and time nodes,and analyses of the efficiency changes of China's large industrial enterprises in different years using the Malmquist index model;According to the results of the previous analysis,the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the technological innovation efficiency of China's large industrial enterprises are put forward from different angles.This study can further improve the results of evaluation on large industrial enterprises and the efficiency of technological innovation field,and to enhance the competitiveness of China's large industrial enterprises and plays an important role in the international market position,which has a certain theoretical significance and practical significance.
