The Information and globalization development trend prompt high-level talent competition to be the core of enterprise competitiveness. Female leaders occupy important positions in the development of the modern enterprise because their unique leadership styles and arts, but all sorts of obstacles they faced in their career development path make people more profound understanding on the importance of female leadership.This paper aims at researching and discussing the female leadership and its impact factors through theoretical and empirical analysis, with a view to gaining the relationship between female leadership and key impact factors, then constructing the research model of female leadership influencing factors for female, providing support and suggestions to enhance female leadership and breakthrough career development bottleneck. The article discussed by the composition and influencing factors of female leadership, finds the breakthrough through the summary of previous research literature. It combines previous studies and the results of interviews in order to get the composition and influencing factors of female leadership, then divide these factors into three aspects-personal, organizational and social factors, and do a further survey and empirical analysis to some enterprises in Guangdong Province for samples, it shows some valuable conclusions.The main conclusions of this study include the following: (1) The cognitive integration ability, affecting capacity to inspire, innovation, resilience and emotional control abitility are the important component of female leadership, relatively innovation ability is strong, and the cognitive integration ability and resilience abitily are general, affecting capacity to inspire and emotional control capability are relatively weak. (2) Female leadership is impact by personal factors, organizational factors and social factors, personal and organizational factors are the main factors that affect female leadership in the enterprises, and social factors on the impact of female leadership is not significant. (3) Female leader who has different education, job level, personality characteristics and work experience has significant difference in female leadership. (4) Appearance image and moral character in personal factors have significant impact in female leadership; the greatest impact of these is moral character, second is appearance image, the physical and mental health situation on the impact of female leadership is not obvious. (5) The organizational adaptations, the rules of procedure and internal interpersonal support in organizational factors have a significant impact on female leadership, the greatest impact of these is the rules of procedure, second is internal interpersonal support, organizational adaptions is relatively small and development of space on the impact of female leadership is not significant.Thus, female leaders should attach importance to affecting capacity to inspire and emotional control abitility training, prefer enterprise with sound organization system and relaxed cultural atmosphere; enterprises should take moral character as an important weight in job promotion, rather than appearance image, strengthen the intensity of use in leading posts of female leaders who work 11-15 years.
