In today's new environment where uncertainty is more diverse,more complex and more unpredictable,the attraction and retention of talents has become a key issue that cannot be ignored by every enterprise.Only by attracting and leaving outstanding talents can the company continue to innovate and develop.Excessive talent mobility will have a negative impact on small and medium-sized private enterprises.This study focuses on the specific example of the loss of the staff of Feng Fan company,and analyzes the reasons for the disengagement tendency of different types of employees of Feng Fan company.Using the literature review and interview,the three-dimensional factors affecting the departure of the sail company employees are summarized,including macro social factors,internal factors of the enterprise and personal factors of employees;using questionnaires to collect data within the company;factor analysis is used to verify the dimensions of the influencing factors,and relevant analysis and regression analysis are used to analyze the reason of different types of employees' departure.The results are: The main factors affecting the departure tendency of the first-line employees of the company's workshop are the internal factors of the enterprise,among which the salary,training system and working environment are the main influencing factors;the main factors affecting the departure tendency of the functional departments of the company are the personal factors of the employees;the main factors affecting the turnover of the grassroots managers and middle managers of the company are social macro factors and the most influential factor for the grassroots managers is the competitiveness of the conditions issued by external enterprises.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures for the reasons for the turnover intention of different types of employees are proposed,which can solve the problem of staff turnover of the company more specifically.At the same time,this study provides a certain reference for many small and medium-sized traditional manufacturing enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta region to solve such problems,and has a strong practical significance.
