Study On The Process And Model Of Process Innovation In Manufacturing Enterprises Based On The Information Conditions

The rapid advance of informational wave has profoundly changed the existent environment of modern enterprises. This has given enterprises greater pressure and challenges. At the same time, information technology is a powerful tool for enterprise innovation and driving force. It can help enterprises continuously innovate, thus increasing competitiveness and greatly increasing the economic efficiency of enterprises. A considerable amount of research proves that the level of process innovation plays a key role to the success or failure of the whole technological innovation systems. The United States and Japan once only thought much of the importance of product innovation. They ignored that of process innovation. That led enterprises losing their competitive edge in the industrial field and led the development of economy slow. Current economic advantages are inextricably linked with their attention to process innovation. Therefore, we bring the information technology to the whole process of technology innovation in manufacturing enterprises and exert the advantages of information technology to change the traditional model and process of process innovation. This is the important strategic choice to deal with the issue of survival and development of manufacturing enterprises.This paper absorbs and refers research results from home and abroad, from the perspective of the process and the model of process innovation we analyzed and summed up five greatest impact factors of the innovation process: the level of information, quality of personnel, equipment and advanced tools, management capacity and R&D funds. After that, theoretical analysis of itemized and uses the collected relevant data fuzzy evaluation, matching the important factors that affect the process innovation and the degree of influence to the process of process innovation. After anglicizing the environment of selecting process innovation model, paper proposes an assumption, which classifies process innovation of different manufacturing Enterprises. This classification bases on four aspects which are enterprise Strategy, scale of enterprises, life cycle of enterprise and dynamic mechanism of process innovation. After every classification, are corresponding models. In the empirical research, this paper uses fuzzy evaluation analyses influence of the factors in the former to China manufacturing enterprise. According to the four categories listed corresponding process innovation models, deeply reveals case enterprise's process innovation model, more specifically analyses of the characteristics of the model and the practical field. Last, As a business perspective innovative strategies for process innovation has been in existence for a certain depth, this paper opens a new path, in the light of the found related issues in China's manufacturing enterprises'process of process innovation, from the point of government action, proposes measures and proposals to reforming and perfecting China's manufacturing enterprises process and model of process innovation under the condition of information.
