Since the opening of China, the fishery of China has been developed greatly, aquiculture has been quickly developed especially, the chief output of Chinese aquatic product has been the NO.1 in the world .The increases of output accelerates the development of the machining, also accelerates the development of the export. Now, the quantity of export has been the NO.1 in the world , too. But ,the problems in two aspects are emerging. We have low machining level, low safe quality, low added value, and make use of low price occupying the market. It will more be limited to the non-tariff wall of other countries in current international trade position, and will improve the whole strength to advance the ability of competition in the international market. In such position, how to improve the quality, extend the market, reply to the commerce walls, achieve incomes become the focus , which to be paid attention by government, enterprise ,fishing populations and so on. So, making ways and stratagems for the aquatic product exporting is an important act in leading the future development.This paper makes use of SWOT analytical method from the strategy management theory to analyzes the strengths and the weaknesses inside and the opportunities and the threats outside. On the basis of a great deal of literatures, and link the qualitative analysis method and the quantitative analysis, to bring forward the feasible strategy of aquatic product export, and give the strategic measures. This paper from the five main components: the first part of the research presented in this paper background, research trends, research purposes, research methods, characteristics and innovation; the second part introduced the relevant theoretical foundation from three sides.for Part III First on the development of the domestic export of aquatic products Overview, followed on Japan, the United States, South Korea and the European Union market four seafood market conditions, the final analysis of the export of aquatic products in the internal and external factors; fourth part make use of the life cycle and Enterprise Strategic Management Theory and the SWOT analysis, make strategic choice and, ultimately, develop growth-oriented development strategies; fifth part give strategic measures.This paper starts with many aspects, analyzes foreign markets and the markets in our country. Change the question of analyzing only some one aspect in the field. From two aspects to analyzing the strategy. In order to compete in product, market, visualization to get the internationalization come true.
