With China's entry into the WTO, its economy development has been integrated into the world economic environment, the domestic market becomes internationalized. We will involve in the economic globalization deeply and in wide spectrum. Competing globally is the new market challenge that the whole trade industry has to face.Natural rubber is the vital material relating to the people life and nations management. It together with the steel, petroleum, coal is called the top 4 industrial materials. Currently its self-supply rate decreased to about 25% in China. China has been the No. 1 natural rubber importer and consuming country since 2002. With China economy's steady growth, there will be big market potential for it. But the market's competition is fierce. With cancellation of import quota and free imp/exp rights in China, more and more consumers get business relationship directly with the foreign suppliers. The role as a broker of the foreign trading companies is out of date. Foreign trading companies have to adjust their roles for survive and development. Service becomes much in need by consumers. Only follow the trend of world economic development, adopt the services marketing, continuously carry out the service innovation, can foreign trading company meet the new challenge and competition.This thesis integrates the services marketing theory and thepractical marketing management to explore a new subject--Strategy Studyon Services Marketing for Natural Rubber Market.
