By the way of direct selling computer since 1996, DELL has gained three advantages: the lower-cost, the higher-speed and the individualize which meet the need of net people. With the help of these, the DELL MODE becomes one of the best business modes in the world. In present, the clothing retailing has been one of the most violent competitiveness industries. This kind of industry is in awkward. It is significant current meaning and value that we probe into the application of DELL MODE in the field of clothing retailing. In the meantime, it is to bring new opportunities and upgrade the competitiveness of the industryIn this thesis, first of all, the characteristics of the domestic apparel products and market development have been studied in detail. Secondly, a comprehensive analysis was conducted in macroeconomic environment and value chain in the clothing industry. Thirdly, we make a analysis for the practical difficulties in the case of Chongqing Fourthly, the form of cases of Dell, PPG, LEE denim garments is analyzed. Finally, we probe into new direct selling mode in the retail apparel industry by the use of the corresponding countermeasures.The thesis is aimed at establishing EXPERIENCE CENTRE in the retail apparel industry through the context of the reality of different kinds of brands clothing and the latest practical activities. According to the new consumer trend of fast, changeable and individual situation, the white collar (middle or senior class) be regarded as the target objective.. Based on the DELL MODE, In order to set up A NEW BUSSINESS MODE in the clothing retailing industry , the seamless connection(from end to end) can be realized between the customers and the manufactures. Not only provide with the individual and fashionable shopping experience but also regain a competitive edge. It leads to two wins.
