Research On The Competition Strategy Of Designing Market Of Jiangsu X Traffic Academy Of Sciences

Being a manager of enterprise, who must frequently think three questions: (1) what position is enterprise located now? (2) what position will be enterprise located after one year, five years or ten years? Should this result be accepted? (3) If this result could not be accepted, which step should manager of enterprise adopt ? The key of an enterprise to establish and keep a long-term competition advantage is to establish a competition strategy to meet with the request of the real strength and environment. Being a technology type enterprise with thirty years developed, Jiangsu Traffic Academy of Sciences (JTAS) faces with a problem to get away from the traffic department and go into the market completely . It needs to apply the theories and the methods of enterprise strategic management on the research of the competition strategy of JTAS.The study objection of this thesis is the design market of JTAS, using strategic management theory , the method combine quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis shall be adopted to determine strategy of designing market for JTAS. This thesis analysis the external environment and interior environment of JTAS in detail. According to the analysis of SWOT, we advance the strategic goals of the designing market establish the competition strategy and countermeasure, evaluate the strategic project, in term of the distribution of strategic project, we establish the innovative measures about organization, human resource management, information resource management, marking management ,science and technology development. We hope it will be a worthwhile reference to the developing of JTAS designing market.
