As the pillar industry in the city of Shishi, the output value of Textile and garment industry in 2012 reached 60 billion Yuan RMB, accounting for 51% of the total industrial output value. In order to maintain the sustainable and healthy development of Shishi garment industry, Shishi city proposed the plan to establish the East Milan fashion creative city. In the aim of "combination of fashion and industry", "combination of fashion and market", "the combination of fashion and brand" guidelines, fashion design creative company in Shishi shows the active developing momentum, which can be seen from "Shishi textile industrial cluster sustainable development report" of 2013.Boo Been fashion creative company was set up in the "Oriental Milan"--Shishi in 2007. As a newly established company, Boo Been fashion is still in the exploratory phase of development. The model of design strategy management, design affairs management and project management design has been established, but with the strengthening of the company power, the original model has caused many problems in the actual operation, such as inefficiency, high cost control, financial turmoil, uneven quality etc. The decision-makers of the company are actively exploring the methods to maintain the healthy development of the company as well as looking forward to the systematical and theoretical guidance. Being commissioned by the founder of Boo Been fashion creative and based on the survey of present status of the company, the paper put forward some proposals for the future development direction and the improvement of the company management system.With the SWOT inductive method, this paper analyzed the developing strengths and weaknesses of Boo Been fashion creative company, and discussed the company’s development strategy and its possible risks as well as the design management theories and methods, for the purpose of Boo Been Fashion Creative company’s design management optimization, the paper also established the design of management system from three aspects of strategic management, design management, design project management. In order to ensure the efficiency of the management system designing, this paper, with the help of other design companies’ experience, suggested from the healthy long-term development ideas that the company should optimize on cultural innovation and the organizational structure, the performance evaluation and the incentive management to implement the design management system.The arrival of the brand apparel industry era is the inexorable trend, both the boost industrial upgrading and the promotion of innovation in the design of market segmentation indicate that design will play an important role in this era and the creative fashion design company has broad prospects. The survival status of similar small design company which characterized as single modeling services studio, such as the Boo Been fashion creative company, will be difficult, as long as the brand and innovation consciousness are not strong enough, together with the careless management.
