S group, the famous multinational enterprise, has a long history for nearly400years,and occupies a leader position in the world construction markets. With its solid strength,strong brand value, strong R&D innovations and standardized operation, it works hard toset a foothold in the changeable and complex market of China. With its own strategicpolicy and management measures, it aims to guide the practice of enterprise through theactivities of the new strategic planning, and strive to seize the target market share.Based on the analysis of S company’s background and its internal and externalenvironment and the basic theory of competitive strategy related (PEST, five forces model,S.W.O.T etc.), it can be gained the result that S company, as a foreign background marketentrants, in China market which is an immature, non-standard market, need work out boththe internal and external strategies to cope with the high rapid development market, andcarry on the effective allocation of resources of the enterprise. Based on analysis and studyon the strategy of the internal and external strategy, combined with the real workexperience at S company, it can be found out the actual problems arising in the process ofimplementation of the strategy and the solution proposal. It is also proved that strategictheory can guide practice operation and its application in company. At the same time, italso helps to guide building materials industry to keep in line with international standards,and promote the healthy development of this industry.Finally, this thesis is expected to make description and analysis of the implementationof the competition strategy designed for S company, by a clear strategy, to improve the Scompany’s current problems which already arisen and help achieve its goal.
