In recent years, a lot of entrepreneurs of multinational corporations are regarded by the world of civilian, with their extremely high annual salary listed on top of the billboard. With the rapid development of worldwide multinational corporations, there are more and more discussions about the equality of salary of the entrepreneurs of multinational corporations. However, the mainstream economic theories delegated by neo-classical economics have never involved the factor of equality in the analysis of salary, which leads to the disconnection of salary theory and demand in reality, resulting in a blind area of the analysis of fair incomes. This thesis appeals to the concept of"international entrepreneurship"and tries to research on the fair incomes and decisions of the international entrepreneurship,namely the upper rank managers in multinational corporations (such as CEO),by using the new theory of equity and behavioral economics.The international entrepreneurship defined in this paper means the manager in multinational enterprises, who can make integrated coordination according to enterprise's productive and business activities , who owns global view sight and capability of international management, who can identify and utilize enterprise's opportunities to make policies of judgment and innovating activities,and bear the risk of strategic decisions. Under the condition of consciousness of fairness and reciprocity among people, this paper holds that the fair incomes of international entrepreneurship should be the incomes within the multinational corporations, which can promote the sustainable development of the multinational corporations and harmonize the relationship of production and distribution within the multinational corporations. To judge the fair incomes of entrepreneurship, this paper uses the standard identifying whether productive efficiency can be promoted and whether the harmonious relationship can be set up within the enterprises. Among all the different wage theories, Efficiency wage theory with"fair wage-effort"as the core is chosen in this paper as analysis basis, to make a theoretical analyze on the conditions of fair incomes of international entrepreneurship. On the set premise, this paper gets an economic analysis frame of the conditions of fair incomes of international entrepreneurship, by analysis of fair wage-effort functions and the step-by-step deduction of the confirmation of Efficiency wage with the core of effort and the confirmation of Efficiency wage with the core of fair wage-effort. Furthermore, this paper makes a judgment on the situation of fair incomes of the entrepreneurs in Chinese multinational corporations. According to the definition of connotation and judging standard of fair incomes of international entrepreneurship, together with the reality of Chinese multinational corporations, this paper holds that the present income level keeps to the economic development in our country, which is comparatively fair and moderate. However, in the future, we should avoid the unfairness of incomes of entrepreneurs in Chinese multinational corporations, so as to realize and maintain the fairness of incomes of entrepreneurs in Chinese multinational corporations.
