With the development of economy, supply chain management has attracted the attention of more and more enterprises, while supply chain strategic alliance becomes the trend of the development of supply chain. Through mutual coordination and sharing of risks and revenues, supply chain strategic alliance can assure that each partner can enhance its competitive force while maximizing the whole performance of the supply chain alliance. In order to keep the strategic alliance stable and last long, each partner must trust each other and share all the information. What's more important is that a generally recognized revenue allocation mechanism should be established so as to make sure each partner get the relatively satisfying revenue.Focused on the problem of revenue allocation among supply chain alliance, firstly this thesis briefly introduces the current situations of the domestic and abroad study on the supply chain cooperative relationships. Then, the definition and characteristics of supply chain alliance are illustrated. Several theories are introduced to analyze the inner cause of supply chain alliance, such as systematic theory, game theory, trade cost theory, theory on market supply and demand, resource basics theory and so on. Some gaming situations that exist among supply chain partners are also analyzed so as to help establish the revenue allocation model.The revenue allocation model among supply chain partners which the thesis puts forward is built on the basis of Shapley value, which is commonly used in alliance game. Then the input index as well as risk index is used to modify the Shapley value, so that the allocation result turns out to be reasonable that can reflect the each partner's status in the alliance and their contribution to the enhancement of supply chain performance. In order to make the macro-allocation mechanism more applicable, a basic thought on the establishment and adjustment of inner price is put forward further. This thesis considers the revenue allocation mechanism from both micro and macro sides. Besides, an inside collaborative system is established to ensure that the above models can be carried out effectively.
