This thesis puts forward a new conception——Strategic Human Resource Outsourcing(SHRO)and compares it with the traditional HRO to emphasize the human resource is the important strategic resource of the corporation.This thesis designs a model of SHRO in order to solve the difficulties of various index and complex procedures during the decision-making. In the SHRO model, Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Evaluation are used to make the index comprehensive and clear. It makes decision-making process more scientific and refrains from the inadequacy of qualitative analysis. When choosing the function of SHRO, this thesis combines SHRO decision-making with the corporation strategy to protrude the strategic feature of SHRO by applying value chain and the core ability analysis.At last, the SHRO model is applied into a practical company. Analysis on decision-making process of SHRO model proves that the model is not only innovative in the theory but also practical in the operation. |
