| In the process of the status of HR department changing from businesslike management into functional management, human resource (HR) outsourcing has played an important role. Many enterprises are carrying out an outsourcing on the different degree, but in many cases, it can not achieve the desired results.Based on the research of the relevant theories of HR outsourcing, the paper selected the drivers of HR outsourcing decision as an entry point, combined with the analysis of current human resource outsourcing decision models. The purpose lies in building up the index system of HR outsourcing decision and making use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to build a HR outsourcing decision model which can play a viable role in guiding enterprise to avoid the risks and enhance the purpose in the process of outsourcing. |
