As the source of raw materials, suppliers play an extremely important role in enterprise. The thesis first gives out the definiteness of the supplier quality. On the basis of analyzing the characteristic of the electron electrical equipment industry, bringing forward the necessity and their significance of supplier quality control in electron electrical equipment industry; analyses current theory studying situation home and abroad, current enterprise application condition; introduces the preparations before choosing a supplier, including supplier fix position, supplier's fundamental information collecting, procedure stability and process ability investigate, controlling of the secondary suppliers, the valuation from current customers, etc. Introduced the audit method in choosing a supplier detailedly and gave out a detailed example of the quality system audit. Establishes an evaluation system based on the theory of Balanced Scorecard (BSC). And the analytic hiberarchy process (AHP) method is used in choosing a supplier based on the BSC evaluation system. Some quality control method and control charts (CUSUM chart) in short-run production are used for reference in supplier quality control and an example in practice is given to support this method. In evaluating the performance of the suppliers, a simple mathematic model based on the economy target is set up and the different treatment of different level suppliers are displayed in the end of the thesis.
