Mode Analysis And Evaluation Of District Energy Development Strategy

Energy is the basis of the development of social economy and the booms of social economy rely on the persistent energy supply. From 1970s there have several energy crises and the world economy had blown badly. So it indicates that energy issue has become the global issue. For resolving the contradiction between economy development and environment, Sustainable Development has become the global cognition and a series of sustainable energy development strategic modes have been brought forward by international community and governments.Inner Mongolia, which is the west minority region, should empolder and utilize their energy to drive economy. Based on the analysis of energy development history of Inner Mongolia and theories and investigations, the paper summarizes district energy development strategy of Inner Mongolia and makes strategic evaluation. At last, it establishes synthesis evaluation system of the energy development strategy of Inner Mongolia and evaluates the system.The main contents and innovation on this paper are listed as follows:1. The paper summarizes the energy development history of Inner Mongolia from science and technology, economy and culture and successful experience and problems.2. Studies on the development modes of some foreign and domestic energy development strategy and summarizes their successful experience and problems. Then analyses energy development strategy of our country and Inner Mongolia and evaluates the factors of inside and outside strategic environment through AHP. At last, it points out the critical factors that affect the energy development strategy.3. Establishes synthesis evaluation system of the energy development strategy of Inner Mongolia from economy, society and environment. Then the paper evaluates the Inner Mongolia's energy development strategy by using NSFDSS. At last it elicits the priority of energy development strategy.
