| Nowadays, the problem of technology standard in high-tech industry is highlighted as the world is paying more attention to the intellectual property, the deep reason is mainly that the technology standard is becoming the key point of the industry competition. As the developed countries are establishing their own national standard strategy, we are also actively thinking, and probing to solve the problems which appear in the application of the technology standard. In this situation, we choose the mobile communication industry which well represents the character of high-tech industry as the analysis one in order to solve the problems effectively. After the comparison of the three main standards of the 3rd generation mobile communication (3G), we compare the construction way of 3G which including independent-network and mixed-network of TD-SCDMA, and also use the methods of analysis of industry chain, advantages and disadvantages analysis and bivariate cost analysis to research on mobile communication industry and the construction way of 3G with combination of industry policy theory. Finally we come to the conclusion that our main body of industry should take the national interest into consideration, and support the point of independent-network of TD-SCDMA, also prompt some suggestions to the main body of industry, and end in the case study to back up the former perspective complementally.The research results of this dissertation includes: first, to provide some advice to solve the competition of 3G standard from the angle of construction way of 3G. Secondly, to prompt the idea that the main body of industry policy is not only the government, but also the industry alliance and the enterprises, and also giving some advices followed by the case study. Finally, to use the combinational methods of industry chain analysis, advantages and disadvantages analysis and bivariate cost analysis to support the conclusion. |
