With the global economic integration,the development of science and technology innovation,the faster dissemination of information,competition among industries is becoming more and more fierce,the profitable and enviable time of the traditional manufacturing enterprises in the past is gone forever.Customer requirements are getting higher and higher,and the cost pressure is growing either.Enterprises worldwide have to start digging each potential "value-added links" while in improving their productivity.Procurement,as an important part of these links,has become a vital aspect of management very naturally.Therefore,the scientific and rational optimization and integration of the procurement management can provide the enterprise a new source of power and enhance its overall competitive strength.In addition,with the change from seller market to buyer market,enterprises not only strengthen their internal management,but also began to focus on the relationship with the outside,namely the external environment,thus forming the current hot supply chain concept.This means that the competition in the market is no longer between enterprises,but gradually began to expand the supply chain and supply chain.As a result,the traditional purchasing model for stock,paying attention to the price,multi-source of supply,and the short term cooperation with the supplier will restrict the development of enterprises,and gradually reveal its disadvantages.If the enterprises want to seek sustainable development,and improve their competitiveness,it must be integrated into the supply chain environment.Effective control and management of key areas such as procurement process,cost management,information management system and supplier management must be carried out.In view of the current market environment,this paper firstly introduces the basic theory of purchasing management and supply chain management,then takes the AC company as the research object combining with its current status of procurement management,reveals the existing problems in purchasing process,purchasing model and supplier management,analyzes some reasons and summarize from it.And then emphasizes the idea of supply chain management for AC company.Based on the actual situation of AC company,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of purchasing process;suggested to carry out the modern procurement mode combining centralized purchasing,entrusted purchasing and JIT purchasing,and analyzes its feasibility and advantages;Finally,it emphasizes the importance of establishing supplier win-win relationship in supplier management,and strengthens supplier management by optimizing supplier classification management and improving supplier performance evaluation.In short,we hope that through the implementation of these optimization programs,we can change the company's traditional purchasing management ideas,to achieve the goal of sustainable cost down,improving product quality and on-time delivery rate,increasing the liquidity of enterprises.So as to respond to the users' requirements more quickly,and can improve the market competitive advantage of AC products.Meanwhile,we hope that we can provide some suggestions and references for the small and medium scale non-standard equipment manufacturing enterprises in China,so as to help the enterprises to enhance their competitiveness in the actual procurement management.
