Study On Purchasing Management Problems And Countemieasures Of NF Company Under Supply Chain Environment

This paper uses the basic ideas and methods of supply chain and logistics purchasingmanagement, combined with the specific problems of purchasing management of NFcompany, to launch the research on countermeasure purchasing management. As thepurchasing management of current enterprises still remains in the traditional managementstage, transactional, passive purchasing activities of enterprises can not make a realmaximum contribution. Supply chain management is an integrated management ideas andmethods, it broke the traditional mode of production management that only focus on localoptimization, business process reengineering and optimization of the purchasing activitiesof the entire supply chain from the angle of the system, in order to achieve purchasingsynchronization operation and maximum efficiency for the members of the supply chainnode enterprises, at the same time, purchasing and logistic cost control is the primarymeans for the large enterprises to reduce operation costs and creat value.This paper takes NF company as the research object, combined with the actual situationof case analysis of NF company’s purchasing management in supply chain, on the basis ofdomestic and foreign research status of the supply chain and purchasing managementliterature review, started from the present situation of purchasing management analysis andissues research of NF company, proposed the purchasing strategy and its systematicbusiness process design based on the supply chain environment, discusses theimplementation of the ideas and goals of the purchasing management strategy, and studieson the operability of specific business processes as follows: purchasing organizationalstructure, purchasing category positioning strategy, centralized and decentralizedpurchasing strategy, purchasing cost control, supplier selection and the methods andstandards of evaluation.From the perspective of the supply chain procurement management, this paperproposes the system optimization and improvement of the main contents as follows:implementation of the strategic purchasing management, purchasing management model,organizational structure, management strategy, supplier management. The conclusion ofthe study of purchasing management under the environment of supply chain for largeenterprise groups has a great value in theory and practice.
