Study On Supply Chain Procurement Management Based On Cpfr

The fundamental purpose of the paper is to apply CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, Replenishment) in purchasing management, to solve the problems of purchasing management in supply chain environment, and to enhance the purchasing management level of enterprises. Through the paper, some research methods are adopted, such as the comparative analysis, the combination of theory and testament, and the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis.First of all, the paper introduces the relative theories of supply chain and purchasing management, and analyzes comparatively the difference of purchasing management in supply chain environment and in the traditional environment, and specifies the transformation and improvement of purchasing pattern in supply chain environment. At the same time, the paper points out the problems and shortages in purchasing management and put forward that CPFR is needed to solve the problems.Secondly, beginning from the theory and system of CPFR, the paper analyzes its advantages and basic condition of application. Based on the foundation, the paper studies on the pattern and process of CPFR purchasing management in supply chain, establishes CPFR purchasing management pattern and specifies the process. Hence, 4 main strategies to fulfill the CPFR purchasing management are put forward and analyzed. They are information sharing strategy, computer information technology supporting strategy, Supplier management strategy, supply-chain management strategy and purchasing process controlling strategy.Thirdly, the paper establishes the comprehensive evaluating index system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of CPFR purchasing management, which can help enterprises to evaluate the implementation effect of CPFR purchasing management and provide some basis of improvement.At last, in view of the reality of TY Corp, the research findings of the paper are applied to establish the CPFR purchasing management pattern and process of TY Corp. Afterwards, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is used to evaluate the implementation effect of CPFR purchasing management.
