With the reform and opening-up,and after a further 30 years of development,the private enterprise has become an important part of the national economy,which contributes 80%of the new-added employment and accounts for more than 60%in the GDP.However,private enterprise has suffered from some internal and external factors,for example,the training and development of human resources which restricted the further development of the private enterprise.At present,many private enterprises have realized the importance of staff training and development.But in reality,many enterprises do not possess a perfect human resources training system and development mechanism.This thesis takes LEY(a private enterprise in Yantai)as the object of the research.LEY,a leading enterprise in food industry in Yantai City,has advanced equipment and technology.However,with the rapid development of enterprise,the traditional training system can not meet the company’s need for the training of personnel,and the company needs a more scientific and rational training system to improve the level of R&D and the overall quality of the staff.This thesis mainly adopts Literature Research Methodology combined with another two methodologies and look up the documents about corporate training and development of human resources at home and abroad,and in particular,about the research findings in private enterprises at home in order to learn about the ideas and methods of analysis of this issue in history.The chart and data analysis is applied in this thesis with collecting materials and data about human resources training and examining the features and problems in the existing training system in order to provide reference for the design of a new training system.The last methodology applied in this thesis is the Methodology of Survey Analysis,interviewing the management staff,technical staff and operating staff in the enterprise to identify the problems existing in the areas of training and development of human resources.This thesis analyzes formation mechanism of corporate training in the LEY from the prospective of the strategic management of enterprises.The human resources management theory and other related knowledge are adopted in this thesis,and human resource training and development system are redesigned with strengthening the training system and staff training to create a learning environment and to pay attention to training effect.For private enterprises,it is advocated to relearn the training theory of human resource training and development self-consciously,which aims to attach great importance to the standardization of human resource training and development system,to budget the human resource training and development input s at a higher scale,to transfer the wishful training plan to a two-way choice between enterprises and employees,to transform the training mechanism from a spoon-fed way to a lively way,to convert management mechanism from an extensive management pattern to an incentive one,especially to establish the assessment mechanism of human resource training and development in order to put the human resource training and development mechanism into a benign development track.It is hoped that,by improving the system of human resources development and training,LEY enterprises can establish scientific development plan,mobilize the enthusiasm of employees,reduce the rate of brain drain and improve the management and performance levels.At the same time,it is hoped to provide a reference for promoting the sustainable and healthy development of private enterprises.
