Establishment And Study On The ISO9000 Quality Management System For Water Supply Enterprise

Abstract: Based on investigation, the background, situation, and status of water supply enterprise are analyzed and studied. It proposes that the improvement of management for pipe construction, definite right and responsibility, the establishment of effective management system, determination of research objective and technique route. In order to achieve this goal, the main task is setting up management system and management method, above all is the establishment of effective quality management system.According to the research objective, relative theory on quality management about water distribution pipe construction quality management system is analyzed, quality management and theory, tool, and management method of the system are focused on. Based on research results of the quality management theory and system, objective, planning, and operation method of setting up quality management system for water supply enterprises are proposed after carrying out applicability analysis of ISO 9001 standard in public utilities. The planning of the system is studied as a key point. On the basis of setting up quality management theory and method of the system, in accordance with the characteristic of producing and supplying products for pipe construction company, an overall study about the system is carried to realize the validity of the system. After summarizing achievement of the research, it is pointed out that water supply enterprise should further develop and deepen direction of the quality management on the basis of perfecting the current system.
