Changsha Water Industry Has Established The Iso9000 Quality Management System

With the development of the society, customers are making more strict demands on the product quality of water supply enterprise. It is an important task for water supply enterprise to strengthen their quality management and improve the product quality, so as to meet the customer's requirement.ISO9000 quality management system has provided the theory and principle of quality management for various organizations. However, the application of this system in water supply enterprise is a new practice. After the research on the process of establishing the ISO9000 quality management system in Changsha Water Service, the author of this thesis puts forward measures to improve it. The thesis aims to help Changsha Water Service apply the ISO9000 quality management system effectively, and to be useful to other enterprise likely in establishing ISO9000 quality management.To begin with the elaboration of the ISO9000 quality management theory, the thesis introduces Changsha Water Service's general situation, analyses its internal and external circumstance, then introduces at length the process of establishing the ISO9000 quality management system in Changsha Water Service, focusing on the steps of establishing the ISO9000 quality management system and the system's content. In addition, the thesis evaluates the effectiveness of the ISO9000 quality management established by Changsha Water Service, analyses the cause of system's low effectiveness and puts forward countermeasures. The last part of the thesis works out a scheme of the system's sustainable improvement after the system has got the certificate.
