| China's reform and opening up over the past 30 years, the socialist market economic system has been initially established, enterprise's in the market competition mechanism has been formed, and the corporate governance structure and a modern enterprise system has basically improved. Strengthening the internal management of enterprises have been facing the levels of management and corporate important position. In particular internal human resources management and financial management has become management of the two carriages, and in the internal management of enterprises play an increasingly important role. In the focus on the management and creation of innovative modern enterprises, the enterprises to seize the key factors talents can be competitive. And the talents of the key is how to effectively play their enthusiasm , the establishment of a scientific and incentive and restraint mechanisms, so that the appropriate people with the appropriate position; therefore, within the enterprise to establish an effective performance assessment system and the scientific and reasonable salary system play enthusiasm lies.Currently, both in large and medium-sized domestic enterprises, or foreign-renowned enterprises, study of human resource management has become increasingly important; particularly, in human resources management of performance assessment management and salary management in the domestic and international economists have varying degrees of research study and a number of new theories. China's enterprise performance management evaluation and salary management research is later, but at present the theoretical research results more successful and research achievements to be recognized by the business community, and the development lay the modern enterprise theory foundation. Basis on the research results, how the theory could be applied to business practice, that have become many enterprises active research topic.China's investment enterprises development are less than 20 years time, but both in the economic efficiency of enterprises, or in the management of enterprises have moved to the forefront of other enterprises and achieved good results. But they are different in the enterprise performance assessment management and management of the salaries, and some quite advanced, but some still stick to the older methodology. In this paper ,the authors working in practice accumulation of experiences, propose some performance assessment and salary administration views; and through the performance assessment theory, performance evaluation of the role, salary design and performance assessment and the relationship between salary and other aspects of research, propose some performance evaluation methods and salary design concept. Hope that the theoretical study of the state-owned enterprises could play a certain role. |
