This article is about the research of Liang Shuming's theory and practice of village construction. Liang Shuming' s theory of village construction and the practice in Shandong province in the 1930s, known by people and aroused widespread controversy after a long time. Although Liang Shuming' s theory of village construction has fundamental flaw, and the village construction practice ultimately failed, but Liang Shuming' s deeply thinking about China issue and the remarkable results of village construction, still have important reference value to building a new socialist countryside. Today, studying Liang Shuming' s theory and practice of village construction, not only has far-reaching historical significance, but also has a strong practical significance.My paper is Composed by introduction and text, the text is divided into six parts.Introduction firstly introduces the study object, That is Liang Shuming' s theory and practice of village construction, secondly, followed by the study significance of the theory and practice of village construction, Finally, the current academic research about Liang Shuming' s theory and practice of village construction.The first part of the text, gives an account of forming conditions of Liang Shuming' s the theory and practice of village construction. Liang Shuming pointed out that the development of village construction theory includes objective conditions and subjective conditions. Objective conditions includes social environment in which Liang Shuming living , the impact of the family, and other patriotic people in the same period engaged in the rural transformation activities, as well as the impact of foreign rural transformation activities ;subjective conditions mainly includes Liang Shuming' appreciation of the Confucian Thought, awareness of the China issue, the influence of Bergson' life philosophy . Subjective and objective conditions has common role in promoting the formation of Liang Shuming' s theory and practice village construction.Second part of the text describes the formation of Liang Shuming' s theory of village construction and the process of the practice of village construction. Time as clue to Liang Shuming' s village construction theory and important event in the course of the practice as the basis for the division, pointed out that formation of Liang Shuming' s theory of village construction experienced from sprouting, progressive development, mature and gradually start practice process.Part three of the text, researches the contents of Liang Shuming' s theory and practice of village construction. Third, analyses the practical features of Liang Shuming' s of the theory of village construction. Finally, focuses on the unique way of the theory in an attempt to develop agricultural and then to trigger industry, ultimately realizes Chinese industrialization.The fifth part of text, studies the historical status and historical limitations of Liang Shuming' s theory and practice of village construction.
