Theory And Practice Of Reconstruction Of "Village In City"

The village in city is a kind of widespread special region phenomenon in the china's high-speed urbanization progress. It's the result of interaction between city construction rapid development and rural-urban dual management system. In the early times of our country's urbanization and in the period of rapid industrialization growth, village in city played a positive role in resolving the living problem of city immigrants, so it made contribution to the city development. But along with the urbanization continually going deeper, various problems of village in city gradually begin to emerge. In resent years, especially with the urbanization speeding up the huge diversities between village-in-city and city have been appearing. They also turn to be the bottleneck of citizen's living quality improving. So the phenomenon has been causing great attention among all the government, and the universal concern of the whole society. And the reconstruction of village in city is imperative.On the one hand, the reconstruction of the village in city need a huge investment,manpower,material resources and financial power; On the other hand, it will involve the different section and the interest-subjects (government,the real estate developers,village people,financiers,etc).So they lead to two problems: firstly, how to raise huge reconstruction funds; secondly, how to adjust interest and resolve contradiction of all interests subject in the process of reconstruction.This paper firstly reviews the research achievements of village in city at home and abroad. We make clear research goal and give the research meaning,methods and technical route of village in city reconstruction in this paper. And we discuss the correlation theories of reconstruction about the village in city. Then define that the target of reconstruction is achieve true urbanization. Its precondition is scientific planning and reasonable guidance. Its emphasis is culture fusion and ideological transformation. Its difficulties mostly include raising funds and livings resettle. And the key of reconstruction is interest balance. Based on the sum up domestic practices and experiences, we explore the models of reconstruction of village in city and analyze the main reconstructive body. Then we make an empirical analysis with an example of Qixia district in Nanjing. And summarize successes and failures of practices in Qixia district in this year. Thereby we extract experience and make definite selection for next reconstruction modelFinally, we propose corresponding countermeasures and suggestions aiming at how to raising huge funds and how to adjust interest contradiction of all interests subject.
