In the era of knowledge economy, innovation is the soul of the knowledge-based economy era, the fundamental guarantee of the survival and development to enterprises. In case of innovation then it needs to establish different types of innovation team. Under such circumstances, it becomes the most important to the enterprise managerial personnel how best to manage the innovation team. Domestic and foreign scholars have come to fully realize the importance of management to innovation team, and also recognize the significance towards effective management of knowledge transference process of innovation team to the effectiveness of the creation team. However, the current study mainly concentrated in these aspects such as the composition of a creation team, aim design of a team as well as control of performance and stimulation to a knowledge team, etc. it is less of the study in view of knowledge transference process of innovation team, especially of management strategy in the process of transfer of knowledge transference of innovative team. Theoretical study of a large number of enterprises lag makes innovation team in the management of knowledge transference can only rely on its own exploration and try, and this attempt to price it very high. Many enterprises were forced to choose the experience of the past used to deal with new challenges in the intense pressures of market competition. Therefore, in order to help enterprises effectively manage the knowledge transference of innovation team, in addition to a concept guide, but also to deeply research the important factors which affect the knowledge transference of creation. To address the above issues, this article attempts to do something in these regards. In this article it hopes,through the systems analysis of knowledge transference of innovation team, to help managers understand the nature of knowledge transference of innovation team and management mechanism to build a good foundation for the effective management of innovation team.The theoretical significance of this article is: through the analysis and research of knowledge transference of innovation team and management strategy, to further enrich and improve the knowledge management theory, to make up for the defects of lack of current results for the knowledge transference of innovation team. The actual significance lies: this article puts forward knowledge transference of innovation team and management strategy from five aspects these are Establishment of studying-type organization, Growing the team spirit, Good team communication, Humanized management and Stimulation mechanism. For the implementation of effective management of the creative team practice knowledge transfer management of reference.Knowledge transference of innovation team and management strategy relate multi-domain of enterprise management so we must adopt a multidisciplinary integrated approach to study. This article uses tools and the points of view of sociology, psychology, economics and management to analyze the process of knowledge transference of creation, and put forward the related management strategy from multiple perspectives.In order to enhance the accuracy of theoretical and practical, this article also adopts the actual case analysis, to provide support in terms of the practice for the effective management of knowledge transference of innovation team. The innovation found in this article is following two points:(1) Based on the analysis of knowledge innovation and knowledge transference theory, to analyze and sum up the characteristics of innovation team and the management strategies of knowledge transference, as well as the specialty of stimulation of innovation team etc, thereby enrich knowledge transference management theory of enterprise innovation team.(2) To summarize and analyse the typical cases of knowledge transference home and abroad by theory linking reality , it benefits to guide enterprise's management practice, and it further shows clear of the practical significance to study management strategy of knowledge transference.
