Conflict Study Of Construction Project Team Based On Project Team Life Cycle

This is a study of conflicts in construction project teams using the theory of project management from the view of life cycle. By studying the conflict gene of different construction project teams'life stages,I try to establish diverse solutions to the conflict problems and hoping it can be a reference to the management of construction teams.This study is using the studying method both model analysis and demonstration analysis. First studied the results of conflict management of project teams in China and abroad and combined it with real construction projects, then put forward the characteristics of the conflicts of project teams'members in different life stages; second, concluded project teams'duties and characteristics in different life stages and analyzed the main factors that bring the conflict according to real projects cases and relative theories; Finally, by combining working process of project team with factors that effect conflicts of project teams, I established solving models to the project teams'conflict in different life stages.The study scope is:1. Study from the view of projects'life cycle,forms of conflicts of project teams,factors that bring the conflicts, then generally analyzed the conflict factors and designated the direction of establishing solving models of project teams'conflicts.2. By defining characteristic,class,role and size of project team, try to put life cycle theory into project team, then specify the model of project teams'life cycle.3. According to problems existed in real project teams and in some supposed conditions, try to establish conflict management models of different life stages, then discuss it's usefulness in practice.The innovations of the study are :1. Discuss the relationship of project and project team, emphasized the characteristics of project teams in different life stages and the main task of project team, and find out what is the factor that effect project teams'factor.2. According to the task and characteristics of project team, try to establish the solving models to the conflict and get the better management results.
