The trade in knowledge-based services is a type of trade, which is following the time when the knowledge economy came and developing very fast. Trade is very important as an economic increasing factor to every country. And in the knowledge economy age, trade in services is appearing much larger economic increasing space. This article compares with the developing condition of the trade in knowledge-based services of some foreign developed countries, analyzes the factors, which are restricting the present development of our country's trade in knowledge-based services in detail and in the round. And this article mainly analyzes from the two aspects of external environment and internal environment. At last, this article gives tactic analysis aiming at the problems and defects of our country's trade in knowledge- based services, so our country can have some more better feasible tactics and suggestions to protect the trade in knowledge-based services develop better than before. Thus it can improve the present adverse developing situation of our country's trade in knowledge-based services and laid a fine foundation of future development.
