Construction Change Evaluation Model And Control Based On The Virtual Construction Technology

Virtual reality technology is a new integrated information technology that has been widely used in 90 century. Virtual reality technology combines technology of computer graphics, communication, system modeling etc, and has the ability of providing users a three-dimension virtual reality environment which can build and enlighten thought so that users can easily get communication and interaction with it through direct and natural interactive means, so that users and the virtual environment can be integrated to a whole body. Virtual construction technology is to apply virtual reality technology to construction, so that we can feel the whole course of constructing in the computer. Construction change is the important content of construction contract management and is the key factor of in project schedule control, quality control and investment control. It is important for achieving goal of construction contract management by reinforcing management and control of construction change.This thesis analyzed the present situation of home and abroad virtual reality technical research work, using the research and practice experience of virtual reality technology. Construction change will be control with the visualization of virtual construction. The technology economic evaluation of construction change plan is the important link of construction project change management in the process of construction project change control. The project to establish a rational evaluation system of the construction change is the basis of the program evaluation of the construction change. Using value engineering theory and fuzzy mathematics theory,the paper establishes design change scheme and construction methods change scheme evaluation model. Finally, Virtual construction can warm and control early in design change scheme and construction methods change scheme, effectively control the probability of the building construction change, and reduce the project cost for the construction change and accelerate the construction plans of the project.
