Research On Enterprise Knowledge Map And Its Key Background Supporter

In the knowledge economy age, how to make good use of knowledge is the key point to enterprises. As the implementation tool of knowledge management, knowledge map can help enterprises find knowledge effectively, so it is worthy to be researched on. However, the researching about knowledge map is just in the beginning; therefore it is needed to be studied in both the theoretical area and practical area. This paper just researches on knowledge map in both areas.In Chapter Two, Chapter Three and Chapter Four, the author studies knowledge map and its important backstage supporter in theoretical area. Firstly, the author analyses the concept of enterprise knowledge and knowledge map; then classifies knowledge map into three types, and on the basis of the traditional types, brings forward the concept of comprehensive knowledge map. Moreover, in Chapter Three the author focuses on knowledge map's construction. She researches on the construction of explicit knowledge map, tacit knowledge map and comprehensive knowledge map, shows the notice issues and assessment standard of knowledge map construction. According to the knowledge map physical structure, knowledge map is in the first layer, and it needs to be supported by backstage supporter. Knowledge warehouse is such a supporter. In Chapter Four, the knowledge warehouse concept is indicated, as well as the answers of how knowledge warehouse supports knowledge map.An example of knowledge map and its backstage supporter's construction will be shown in Chapter Five. And this part is about knowledge map's research in practical area. The author went to do the research in Changchun FAW. According to its procurement process, the author drew a business flowchart, constructed its knowledge map and knowledge warehouse dimensional module. Because of the knowledge map and knowledge warehouse construction, the problems of lack of standardization and update in the procurement process are solved.
