Research On Coordination Schemas Of Shipbuilding Supply Chian Based On Multi-AGENT Theory

The research object of supply chain management is to optimize the performance of the whole supply chain. A product supply chain is a process which includes raw materials supplying, products manufacturing, distributing and marketing, and is a network made up of many enterprises nodes. Because of the complex relations of network nodes and the uncertainty of exterior environment change, a better mode of organization and operation is needed to coordinate information and materials flow, and the rapid respond ability is required to adapt to changes of the market. Since the realization of supply chain goal needs cooperation and team work of every member of supply chain, so adaptation and coordination is a key problems in supply chain management. The coordination schema is a very important for adaptation and coordination of a supply chain. In the shipbuilding supply chain, the paper applies multi-agent theory to make a systematic study on these aspects, including agent classification and general structural design, cooperation elements, cooperation protocols and cooperation schema.In the field of shipbuilding supply chain management system, the paper designs discusses coordination structure model of shipbuilding supply chain based on the application of multi-agent system to supply chain management, brings forward concepts of framework agent, coordination agent, function agent and coordination system of shipbuilding supply chain, and analyzes functions of modules inside agents and relations between agents.In the coordination domain of framework agents in the shipbuilding supply chain, the paper puts forward concepts of coordination protocols and coordination schemas of shipbuilding supply chain. Based on modularization management and coordination methods, analyzes interface relations between modules, designs coordination schema and methods of modular management based on coordination agent in shipbuilding supply chain.For improving coordination among framework agents of shipbuilding supply chain, the paper puts forward supply chain coordination schemas with different coordination protocols, discusses restrict conditions and affine transformation of framework agents'policy space in shipbuilding supply chain coordination, studies coordination protocols and schemas selecting under different supply chain goals and conditions, and discusses the optimization problem of supply chain integral behaviors.
