The main work of the paper is to introduce the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on AHP, by comparative study the risk assessment method of commonly used, especially the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The hope is to promote the project decision-making scientific, overall design, and rationalize, to take the corresponding risk decision, and to reduce the risk level of project, by looking for the more reasonable risk assessment methods.Risk itself contains fuzziness in the specific engineering practice, and fuzzy mathematics theory plays a great role to solve this kind of fuzzy phenomena in recent years. Because of project risk aspects by many uncertainty factors, and generally with greater fuzziness, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is to be selected. In order to reduce the weight factors influenced by subjective judgment, AHP is used based on the objective facts and through the contrast and analysis to give the value of the weight of each factor. After comprehensive comparing on common risk assessment method, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on AHP is selected. It is obtains the comprehensive evaluation results of the important level of risk factors and the influence degree by combining the rich experience of experts with construction projects and comprehensive consideration of the actual situation of the important factors. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on AHP both gives the risk degree on the management, and the risk level of the whole project by the comprehensive analysis, so that the investment policymakers is easy to grasp the risk degree and take the corresponding risk decision to reduce the level of risk project, making the maximum investment profit.
