In recent years,thanks to the government policies,the construction of rural logistics nodes is stimulated and promoted.Due to the lack of concrete theories,there are many unreasonable phenomena in the existing rural logistics system.Now it is the key period of building a moderately prosperous society and the healthy development of the rural logistics has an overall impact.As the core part of logistics system,the reasonable layout of logistics distribution center can reduce the logistics cost,increase farmers' income and promote rural economic development and thus can provide security for achieving accurate poverty alleviation and winning the fight against poverty.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the location of rural logistics distribution center.Based on the overall analysis of relevant references domestic and abroad,this paper studies the location of rural logistics distribution center,and puts forward a two-stage location method based on the location potential theory.Firstly,the concepts of rural logistics and logistics distribution center are defined.Besides,the bi-direction rural logistics distribution system is built with four levels of county,township,general township and village.Then its operating procedure and the location principle are analyzed.Secondly,aiming at the perishability of agricultural products,which are the main objects of reverse logistics in two-way rural logistics distribution system,the corruption rate coefficient is introduced to minimize the total cost including transportation and distribution cost,fixed construction cost,variable operation cost and loss cost of agricultural products in route.The location model of rural logistics distribution centers considering capacity decision is studied and constructed.Finally,taking Ninghai County as an example,the GM(1,1)model based on average weakening buffer operator is used to predict the county's annual rural logistics production.On this basis,the two-stage location method proposed in this paper is applied to the location planning of Ninghai County's rural logistics distribution center with the help of Matlab.The software solves the model and gets the location scheme of Ninghai rural logistics distribution center,which verifies the practicability of the proposed method.
