Study On The Development Model For Ecological Construction Of Suburban Rural Areas In Southern Ningxia

According to the plan of developing the urban construction of mountainous areas in Southern Ningxia and in accordance with the principle of typical, representatively and comparatively. This article takes the suburban rural areas in Qinghe town of Guyuan city as an example. On the basis of holding meetings with the relevant departments(Forestry Bureau, Agriculture Bureau, Lands Agency, Bureau of Statistics, Labor and Employment Security Bureau, Poverty Alleviation office )to collect data and learning much about the villages, the searching method of combining typical survey and random sampling is adopted to accomplish this research. The investigation includes basic situation of the families, population structure, returning farmland to forest, structure proportion, use and input-output of the farmlands as well as the transfer of the surplus labor force.After analyzing and studying the investigation, the most appropriate development model for this area is worked out. When putting building the new socialist countryside as the top priority and combining with the reality of the local areas, this article also analyzes the patterns of suburban rural areas in China. At the same time, some opinions and views are proposed which are concerned with the task of developing suburban rural areas in Southern Ningxia and how to choose the development model for ecological construction.
