Forage Industry Development Strategy And Its Countermeasures In Yuling City

As a main industry, forage industry plays an important part in increasing peasants'income and rural economy. The dissertation shows that forage industry is very significant in socio-economic development, present situation and tendency of forage industry, domestic and home. The dissertation systematically analyze of development characteristics and problems of forage industry in Yulin, analyze natural conditions, social and economic basis of development of forage industry in Yulin, propose basic principle of mode selection development of forage industry in Yulin. Including: (1) principle of development productivity; (2) principle of sustainable development of forage industry; (3) principle of benefitting main participant of industrialized operation of forage industry. According to this principle, the mode of"company & cooperative & peasant household"is the optimal organization form of industrialized operation of forage industry in Yulin at present.To promote development of forage industry in Yulin,the thought of"developing forage industry, developing livestock husbandry, solving poverty problem"should be insisted on. Protecting and improving the ecological environment of natural pasture should be its theme. Promoting adjustment of the economic structure of rural area should be its main clue. Reforming operation system of pasture and progress science and technology should be its power, increasing peasants'income, improving and realizing sustainable development should be its ultimate aim and springboard. Through implementation project of pasture protection and pasture construction, project of forage seed, project of cattle and sheep aquaculture, gradually establishment regionalization layout, specializing production, increasing scale of operation and production structure of forage industry, development of forage industry can be promoted. Establishing awareness of developing forage industry and responsibility system of goal management, scientifically planning, strictly organizing, perfecting responsibility system of contracting pasture, definition property right of pasture, improving leading construction of enterprises, implementing key projects, constructing production base of high quality forage, perfecting service system of forage industry, increasing the scientific and technological content, supporting with policies and increasing investment, are also important ways to promote development of forage industry.
