Research On Transformation Development Strategy Of Tong'an Industrial Concentration Area

Since the reform and opening up,China has gradually entered the stage of accelerating industrialization,and the trend of rural industrialization and urbanization is obvious.Under the rapid construction of industry,many villages are facing the development of passive urbanization.The rapid urbanization of space has not directly led to local urbanization.Instead,it has caused many problems for original villagers such as difficulties in transformation,high pressure of life,and increased social conflicts.In recent years,Xiamen City has taken measures of moving industries outside to adjust the spatial development structure.For the suburb with low industrialization and urbanization,the moving in of industry has brought new development opportunities on the one hand,which has caused many changes in space and personnel;on the other hand,it has created new contradictions with the original model.There are many contradictions that cannot be dealt with in the transformation and upgrading of the industrial zone outside the island.The transformation and upgrading process is slow.Under the background of new urbanization,the study of the transformation and upgrading of industry,space and people in the existing industrial areas will play an important role in promoting social and economic development and social integration.This paper combines the concept of production city integration,analyzes the development and evolution of Xiamen Tongan Industrial Concentration Zone and the status quo transformation dilemma from the theoretical perspective of productivity production relationship,and combines specific case studies to explore the interactive development issues among the various development factors in the park.In-depth analysis of the internal mechanism affecting the transformation of the park,that the development of the industry,space and people in the Tongan Industrial Concentration Zone is out of synch,which makes the transformation of the park difficult,and the transformation and upgrading of the park requires the development of the three;At the same time,the transformation path of Tong'an Industrial Concentration Zone must focus on human development and establish a transfer mechanism of industrial and finally realize the construction of industrial communities.The main research work of the thesis can be summarized as the following three parts:(1)Theoretical research.Through the research on the urbanization and industrialization development at home and abroad,the concept of integration of production and city,and the theory of productive production relations,the research perspective and starting point of this paper are obtained.(2)Subject research.Through the analysis of the development history of Xiamen Industrial Park,we will find out its development characteristics and current development problems,and take Tongan Industrial Concentration Zone as an example to sort out the development problems from different levels of current construction,and to clarify the contradictions of diversity.The relationship between the three cities and the people is systematically analyzed;through the concrete analysis of actual cases,the development problems between industry,space and people are deepened,and the deep analysis is combined with the theory to find breakthroughs.(3)Research conclusions and implications.According to the combination of actual cases and theories,this paper explores the future development strategy of Tong'an Industrial Concentration Zone and provides some guidance and experience for the transformation and upgrading of industrial parks of the same category.
