The dwelling house a sign civilization of human society enter, as society and the scientific of technologicy progress, and housing market course being accelerated ,needs of living conditions and functions increased. Meanwhile, the lowest-income families housing demand is not simply to satisfy, compared to the progress of other social security system, the system of low-hunt housing has been slow overall.According to the general principles of housing and security and the reality in our country, it needs to improve low-income housing system, and the establish variety forms, and multi-channel housing security system to meet the needs of low-income families. It will be the important measures to solve living problems of social vulnerable groups in China.For the need of low-income crowd on dwelling house, started from the affordability of low-income crowd to design, we explored the pursuit of the living conditions of relative comfort under the small area. Through the analysis on the phenomenon of the existing low-hunt housing, and low-hunt housing regions of the implementation of the status, with Xi'an Yangjiazhuang actual project, the further study is through the design of low-hunt housing means to improve the adaptability and comfortness.Through the deeper level of analysis on dwelling house needs of low-income families, such as the structure of the family,life behavior and values sense etc, it explores various aspects and multiple levels of the low-hunt housing design principles and ways to improve the low-hunt dwelling house adaptability and enhance comfortness. We would create broader concact of places through a rational design of the residential population for the audience.
