The Research On Sustainable Development And Enhancing Competitiveness Of Chinese Private Construction Industry

Since Reform and Opening Up in China, the Chinese economy has growth at a high speed all along, which makes the great development of Chinese construction industry. Chinese construction industry has already become the primary motive power of national economy development. Private building industry in China develops and grows, has become an active and potential part. The development of Chinese private construction industry has profound influence to national economy.This paper applies the theory of sustainable development on Chinese Private building industry, which has meet new situations and competitions under Economic Globalization. The author has analyzed the intrinsic factors and extrinsic factors of sustainable development of Chinese private construction industry. Through comparing with state-owned large and medium construction enterprise and foreign building industry, the advantages and disadvantages of Chinese private building industry has been found, including unbalanced development in regions.on this basis, the strategies of sustainable development and enhancing competitiveness are put forward in this paper, attempts to offer a study on the development of Chinese Private construction industry.
