Research On The Technological Innovation Ecologically Under The Background Of Sustainable Development

Technological innovation theory of J.A.Schumpeter has passed nearly 100 years of development has turned in a splendid material civilization, which promoted economic growth greatly and played an indispensable role on then rise of industrial civilization. However, for it pursue a single value, traditional technological innovation has made the inherent contradictions of the theory, and but also to keep themselves faced with severe difficulties in practice, which brought a series of negative effects. It focus on: in the aspect of the lack of natural ecology, accompanied with vicious expansion of people's material desires and blind pursuit of economic indicators, people's improper consumption is induced by the traditional technological innovation, which caused the uncontrolled abuse of all kinds of resources, and resulted in the abnormal development of technological innovation, and make the survival of the human ecological environment suffered serious damage, and caused the ecological loss of technology rational and played a amplifier role on the alienation of technology. In the aspect of the lack of social ecology, because of its ecological loss, the traditional technology innovative activities have some negative impacts on the human values; on the brain drain in the backward countries; on the socio-economic; on the global political and economic order and on the polarization between rich and poor. The important reason for that is technological innovation is the product of the industrial economy era, which is under guidance of utilitarian values, with the purpose for serving market competition and maximizing profits, and thus it is inevitably led to the biological defects. Nevertheless, with the advent of the new economic era, people begin to consider how to make technology in promoting economic development, and not to damage the ecological environment at the same time.Considering this problem, this paper try to start from the various development perspectives such as ecological, economic and social, and focus on ecological loss of traditional technological innovation and the social development imbalance caused by the ecological loss, and discuss the technological innovation model for adapting the modern social development.This paper made more systematic study on the technological innovation ecologically from the five areas.The first part: in order to accurately grasp and understand the connotation of technological innovation ecologically, we defined technological innovation ecologically from the status and role of the technical innovation as well as the relevant doctrine for the technological innovations. We analyzed the causes of environmental problems from the philosophical view, and promote objective basis of technological innovation ecologically. The second part: we analyzed the similarities and differences between technological innovation ecologically and traditional technological innovation. We described the technological innovation ecologically is a technology that in in harmony with the environment, which can reduce the resource consumption and environmental pollution.The third part: we promoted standards and principles for implement the technological innovation ecologically. The standard of ecological values is the standard that is to see whether the technological innovation can reasonably effective conserve resources, reduce power consumption and effectively prevent and control pollution. In principle, technological innovation ecologically simply terms use of resources is the best principle and the principle of minimum environmental pollution.The fourth part: we completely summary the factors affecting and ways for the technological innovation ecologically. We analyzed the constraints factors for the enterprises implement technological innovation ecologically. We promoted the idea that we not only do a good job in social, ecological and cultural construction, but also the enterprise should make changes the concepts in technology and business management. And then, we suggest that the government fully play its role in promoting enterprises in technological innovation ecologically, intensify efforts to support policy, intensify the legal support system perfectly, intensify environmental law enforcement, which can help enterprises create a good ecological environment in technological innovation ecologically.
